As the year draws to a close, each staff member at Ministry Travel wants to thank you for your patronage. We consider it a real joy to serve you as you fulfill what God has called you to do throughout the world. We exist so you can go.

My favorite Christmas song is called Heirlooms. If you've never heard it, it ties in the specialness of family around the holidays with the real reason for Christmas -- the birth of Christ. Growing up in a Christian home, my parents started a great family tradition. Each year, before we opened presents, my brothers and I quoted Luke 2:1-20, the real Christmas story. For our family, this helped keep our perspective that Christmas isn't about presents or even family. It's about celebrating the GIFT of Jesus. I hope you will take some time to create these kind of memories with your family this year. If you don't have any family traditions, create some - it's never too late!
