What exactly does “MISSIONARY” mean when it comes to missionary contracts?
Did you know that the Ministry Travel fares are not just valid for the short or long term missionaries? Our programs support the travel needs of many non profit organizations, including people involved in (but not limited to) the following focus areas:
* Leadership Development
* Church Planting
* Micro-Business Development
* Sports Outreach
* Agriculture & Water Projects
* Orphanages and many more non profit organizations
If you are aware of organizations that are active in these types of programs, please pass along our newsletter and contact information to them. We would love to help them save money on their air tickets as well.
The Time is NOW!
Right now is the time to start holding space for your 2010 trips. Be proactive in thinking ahead about your next trip, so you won't get caught scrambling for low fares later. The earlier you reserve your seats, the better chance you have of securing the lowest possible fare for your team.
An update on Secure Flights
We recognize that we have made the Secure Flight program a monthly feature of our newsletter; it is because the changes to the government's program when followed completely can make your travel experience seamless. This past week one of our staff members had an opportunity to attend a conference call with the TSA that more completely outlined the details of the program and answered many questions. Read more...
Special Fare Programs to South America
Ministry Travel has been working hard to provide additional price savings opportunities to compliment our every day assurance you are getting the best price. As an example, we recently contracted with TAM Brazilian Airlines for economy class consolidator fares to South America.
The economy class fares from JFK-Sao Paulo, with no advance purchase, can be as low as $650 base (additional taxes apply), round-trip. In addition, we have access to business class pricing that will support your budget limitations and provide quality service for you the traveler. A business class example:
JFK to Sao Paulo, no advance purchase, may be as low as $3590 base (additional taxes apply) round trip.
In both of these examples - there is add-on pricing available from other cities that connect to a TAM Brazilian departure from their gateways - JFK, Miami or Orlando to Sao Paulo. These fares are subject to availability and the economy class fare is non-refundable and all are subject to change without notice.
