Share Your Story Contest
Winner "Can't Believe" Mission Trip Photos
Like so many before her who left home to share God's word on an international mission trip, Karen Twenhafel was stretched in new ways as she ministered in the Ukraine. "I can't believe that's me," she says every time she looks at photos of herself from the mission trip.
Twenhafel is the winner of the Ministry Travel Share Your Story contest. We invited our Facebook fans to share their favorite mission trip story for a chance to win two airline tickets. A number of our fans responded, all with great stories of compassion and God's movement around the world.
Jack Sauls shared how he was moved by watching Ugandan children carry yellow containers of dirty drinking water on their bicycles. Deborah Bagley recalled how the orphan children she worked with in Bolivia cherished the little Christmas box of toys they provided.

Round-Trip Nonstop Between New York and Johannesburg
Effective May 1, 2011, South African Airways will offer round-trip nonstop service, between New York (JFK) and Johannesburg, South Africa. The new nonstop service on the northbound flight will eliminate the stop in Dakar, Senegal and reduce the overall flying time by more than 90 minutes!
New Invoices/Itineraries
You may have already noticed but we have a new look in our Invoices and Itineraries. It is a combination text e-mail with a web link for mobile travelers. Aside from the mobile application, we are very excited about the map features, Boarding Pass link and Flight Tracker to give you up to the minute status of your flight. We hope you enjoy these new enhancements!
TSA Unionizing...
Transportation Security Agency employees have been granted the right to form a union. The 45,000 airport screeners will be allowed to bargain with the federal government for several workplace issues. Pay and issues related to security will not be issues that can be bargained.
